2005 f250 hesitation after 50mph
i have a 2005 f250 with 215000 miles on it 6.0, it turn on good no problem, it drives with no problem. oil change and fuel filter was just done, the truck star with the hesitation after 2000 rpm at 50mph it doesnt do it before 50mph or after i can go all the way to 90 with no problem and the hesitation is only from 2000 rpm to 2200 rpm. can someonr help me.

1. Any fault codes ?
2. Check FICM voltage first...should be between 47-49v
3. If above is all good, sounds like the turbo variable gate vanes are likely sticking to me...turbo needs removal and disassembly to clean the variable gate vanes and housing and unison ring, may also need turbo repacement if things are worn inside.
