Question Tranny oil

I would like to install an 08 tranny pan , filter and Valvelene Max Sny oil on my 05 but have no way to remove all of the LV oil so would it hurt to mix the Valvelene max with it?

Lots of forum posts from people who have switched without any issues. I would bet that they just drained and re-filled. That being said, I would probably do three drains and re-fills, just to have "mostly fresh" fluid. Three drains and re-fills would probably get you to 90% of the new fluid. I know it is expensive, but that is just my 2 cents.

Yeah, takes 8qts per drain + fill, and need to do it twice to get the highest percentile of fresh fluid throughout, so 16 qts total.
