Missing when warm

My F-550 service truck is having a little trouble this week. I noticed a little miss when coasting and giving a small amount of pedal. I also misses/shakes when revved in park at about 1200 rpm and more so at 1800 rpm.

There is no miss until the truck reaches operating temperature. Starts great, restarts fine when warm, runs out great, pulls fine too. The injectors, both oil pumps, all filters and fluids have 5000 miles or less on them.

Has anyone else had this happen or know where to start looking?

Could be FICM or one faulty injector. Having a ScanGauge2 is handy for checking a good range of live data on 6.0L's, or get someone to hook up a high end scan tool and read cylinder contribution data and any possible fault codes.

Have seen many reman injectors fail in short order, including Ford reman's.

Need more live engine data info to help pinpoint a direction for advice.
