Brake lamp not functional

The driver's side brake lamp is not working when pushing the pedal. Installed a new light bulb in and no luck. The passenger side is operating, I took that plug and put it on the driver's side, and the light does not work when pressing the brake pedal.
I have checked all the fuses, both in the cab and below the hood.
Any idea?

If one side brake light is working and the other isn't, then it isn't a fuse. It is in the wiring.

You need to start tracing the wires to that light.
