Surging??

I have been experiencing some what I think to be surging. I have an 06 F-250 and I'm running ID's Extreme Race. When I jump on it from about 55 to 70 it seems to be surging or like bucking. I change my tune to my old Loony and it does the same thing only not as bad. I have put it back to stock yet but I am planning on it on my way home from work. Have any of you experienced this with your trucks? If so what are some things i could look for? Thanks for your help.
Chuck

Are u running the stock turbo or after market? Answers will be better if you give us all that was done to your truck.

Its probably turbo surge. My cummins did it when I would be at wot then let off. In my 7.3 I changed the wheel in the turbo to one from wicked wheel and no more turbo surge. As cool as the turbo surge sounds, its not good for the turbo.
