Axle Oil Changes

Just wondering......

Who changes the front and rear axle oil every 15,000 miles like the book says for the 6.7 diesels? I noticed for the 5.9 cummins trucks schedule A is 120,000 miles to change and B schedule is 15k. Yet the only 6.7 schedule is 15k to change,IIRC. I find it hard to believe that the 6.7 puts that more stress/wear on the oil to require frequent changes compared to the 5.9 equipped trucks. Even at 30k the oil looks like new. The front I've gone 45k and it looks clean.
