I have a 2008 6.7 with edge racing juice, afe intake and 4" flo pro turbo back straight pipe and it keeps popping up three codes there the exhaust gas temperature bank 1 circuit 1, 2, & 3 can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Also my truck has a loud annoying turbo whistle and it runs hotter than normal. Help lol

Sounds like your Simms have failed in the exhaust for your deletes.

What are simms? The only thing I had to plug into my nw exhaust was the two o2 sensors, is that what your talking about that may have failed?

You did not have to plug a "fooler" aka simm into the factory truck harness for the pressure sensors for the exhaust? I thought all the Juice/Edge deleted truck ran them..

The only thing I put back into my exhaust was two o2 sensors, are the simms something that goes into the exhaust also? I'm fairly new to this but I ordered my exhaust with bungs and it came with two holes for the o2 sensors was all I saw.

The sims plug into the wiring harness on the truck that had temp sensors in the factory exhaust. the sims tells the ecm that the temp is the in the parameters to keep the CEL off and the truck out of regen. It was my understanding that the Juice used those to keep the CEL off. I would call Edge and ask them at this point then.

You still have the hard lines connected right? If so those are DPF pressure sensors.

Thank you very much for this information, do you know how many sims I have to plug back into the truck? I have all the sensors that came out of my factory exhaust tucked up under my truck and zip tied so I need fooler plugs to put into them so the truck doesn't try to go into regen mode? It actually told me yesterday on my overhead console in my truck that my exhaust filter was 80% full and I stopped the truck and it was idling high and my egt was close to 600 degrees while idling so I pushed reset dpf data but it still runs at a high idle and hot the only thing it did was stopped telling me my exhaust filter was 80% full.

Since you are not running the simms that sounds like your problem. It could set the truck into limp mode. I am not sure about how many simms you need. Post in the Vendor section and Im sure someone will hook you up. Did you just do your deletes?
