Intermittant P0541 problem

I have an 08 6.7 drw with an on now and off now P0541 issue. I've had the air intake replaced twice now, so I really have no idea why this code comes up. I live in a cold climate so having the intake heater really is beneficial for me. Any light you can shed on this isse would be greatly appreciated.

Check the fuse or relay for grid heater and make sure it is good. If that is good I would wonder if the intake air temp sensor in the air intake is good. I think those are pricey so I would check relays first then dig deeper. Is the truck stock?
