What kind of oil??

What kind of motor oil is everyone running in their cummins? I run the delo 15W40. I was looking at the delo 400 5W40 synthetic and wondered if it would be worth it to switch motor oils. I just rolled over 74,000 miles.

I've been running Mobile 1 5w-40 for the last 6 years and have never had a bad report when I turn in a sample. I believe in the 5w-40 since it covers most temperatures during the winter/summer, no matter what state I travel throughout the year.

As for having 74k on the clock ? I have an old friend that went from regular oil to full sync oil at 225k with out issue. I believe it's the best thing you can do for your engine.
