The Cummins ISB 6.7L is now the standard motor for the Ford F650/750. Just got some info from my Ford contact. Some items of interest: (these are all from the Ford application, may not apply to Dodge)
In the Ford will have 8 power ratings from 200 to 325 hp. Max torque with 325 hp is 725 lb-ft torque.
Cummins VG Turbo doubling as a exhaust brake is going to be on the Dodges.
PM intervals are the same as well. Like usually though the power ratings are going to be different, less horse, more torque on the top rated engine.
It's always amazing working on the F-750's with the same basic engine as my 3/4 Ton truck.
its already here. been here since june and we havent seen that much difference.
i was just reading heavy duty trucking and has and article about the dodge 6.7
rated at 350 hp and 650 tq back by a six speed auto. inservice january.
