cruise control cutting out on 07 3500 hd cab and chassis

we have a 07 dodge with the 6.7 cruise will just up and quit at times after ressetting it three or for times it will set the abs light and you have to kill the truck to reset it truck only has about 3600 miles on it local dealer told us today that they dont have time to mess with it any ideas

Don't have time to mess with it??? WTF? Anyway, if the truck speed drops 10 mph it will shut off. In mountain areas and such or if you have a laod on it.

What a ****ty dealership. I would be making some calls or finding another dealer.

Off topic.......but I agree with all the previous posters. Seems as if the dealer wasn't "too busy" to sell it and possibly finance it for you; now they're unwilling to look at it? Nice way of keeping repeat customers!

Spend $40,000+ and they don't have time.......That wouldn't go over so well. I had a similar experiance with my Ford dealer over a service issue. I called back and asked for the owner and asked him if he approved of how my situation was being handled. He said he would check into it....And would call me one way or the other....Several minutes later, the more than helpful and pleasant Service Manager called me back and everything was suddenly fine.:Thumbup:

phone calls were made and truck went to another dealer took 4 trips to get the problem resolved they had to replace all of the wheel sensors no other problems since i think we only gave about 30,000 for this one be paid for in about two months
