Hi everyone i have been reading this forum for sometime.I found alot of good info. I have a 08 6.7 with h&s 5inch tbe and egr blocker plates. The system work great but it has a sparkknock under load. does any one else have that problem.

are you running any kind of programmer? it's likely timing rattle that your hearing.

no it has stock tune. fuel rattle what is that. is the engine running lean because the egr delete.

A tad bit leaner maybe. Did you do both deletes at the same time? If you did your exhaust first, you would of noticed some smoke. But the egr delete cleans that smoke up, which I think gives it a perfect burn. But there is a little more fuel rattle with the egr delete. Nothing to worry about.

12 mega dually. garbage gone. mini with od.

I did the exhaust first and it smoked. then deleted the egr and cleaned it up just like you were saying. Does your truck have that timing rattle running edge w/ attitude. thanks for the help.

What type of rattle are you guys talking about?

2006 3500 mega cab SLT auto.
Diamond eye turbo back, S&B cold air intake,62mm turbo, billet tranny, smartyJR....

Proud to now participate to global warming
EGR and DPF are the worst CRAP ever and the worst is still to come.....UREA !

Timing rattle. The Air/Fuel ratio is offset due to no more of the nonsense on top of the motor. Some trucks have it bad, some don't have it at all. Mine knocks pretty loudly in the cab you can tell but outside it isn't as noticable so it doesn't bother me.

Yeah, it had some rattle when I ran edge. Ain't running it at the moment, and I still hear a little. I think I'm just used to it, but do remember having concerns way back when. Everyone told me not to worry about it, and they were right. It was never an issue.
