Is there any dpf delete yet out there that are safe or don`t leave any trace to void our warranty??I just can`t wait no more! Rumors that smarty is releasing is programmer soon wich will do dpf delete and give us 15 nice different settings whitout leaving any trace in the computer??? Anyone knows?? By the way even my dealer is trying to get around regen mode for a few customers! Sounds good to me, means that there are sick and tired to fix problems every day !!!!Yes!!

When will those rumors become reality?? not soon enough I suppose? It would be really nice to get rid of the regens and the dpf but I think most will nix the warranty. I talked to BADP about their delete kits and was told the would have a "code free" kit out in about 4 weeks. Just have to wait and see.:2cents

Yes, we`ll wait and see what happens with that code free stuff. But my dealer was really serious telling that they will not care at all if I`ve got a delete kit or chip or anything else to get around regen. They tried a few things themselve on a couple customer`s trucks.First they destroy the bee nest inside and even tried to bypass around the filter with another pipe! They have constant problem with contractors using PTO wich means a lot of idle ....and numbers of dpf plugged!!! They WILL NOT VOID my warranty if I`m using any devices to stop regen and replace the dpf by a straight pipe! Dodge is going to have to live with it soon because their own service center just can`t stand all that emission stuff !

Well, go talk to your mechanic at your dealer they`ll probably let you use a delete because I found out they`re getting pissed themselves ! Mine gave the thumbs up and let me know that they will close their eyes if I find a way to get around regen myself!

I live in California, I was wondering if anyone knows wether our 6.7 Dodges will be falling into the smog rotation required by most gas vehicles? I know that if you tamper with the emissions on a gas vehicle, you are required to go to a referee station where they go over your truck from top to bottom and make you correct everything before they sing it off. Hate to spend alot of money and get stuck putting it back.....

You guys are not the only one pissed with the regen garbage.........You should see transit authorities with there regen business! I don't know of any by-pass as of yet, but as soon as I here of something I will post something....But when we do find something what are you going to do with the yearly emission test that must be done in southern Ontario?

Cheers

I have 18.5K on my truck and now it is getting between 14.4 & 15.8 mpg. on the US gallon. It also is always carrying a minimum of 1600 lbs. all the time. I would still love to get rid of the DPF though....I'm sure it would get several better mpg's if I could.
