Cat and DPF Exhaust Question

I currently have an 06 LBZ with edge juice, afe intake and 4" turbo back exhaust and want to trade in for a 2008 MegaCab but, I don't like all of new emissions garbage. Do they have any 4" turbo back exhaust systems that eliminate the cat, dpf, and muffler. If so, do you tap the new exhaust for the 7 different sensors, and would I need a edge juice to stop the regen? If all of this is done can you run 500ppm diesel and regular 15/40 engine oil, rather than the "low ash" they try to sell? I would appreciate any feedback, Thanks!

Yes you can get 4 or 5 inch from 2 diff. companies. It will come with welded bungs for sensors and a fooler box. No programmer is needed but edge attitude is nice for clearing the soft codes it throws. BADP has code free kit that i read will start shipping may 26.
Oh yeah, and you should be able to run lsd, and ci oil, but I wouldn't. Just another thing for the dealer to blame you on. Plus I'm not sure how the egr will handle it.

Lot's of people are making their own block off plates. There is someone who is making and selling the plates, and if I can find who it is again I'll let you know. I seen a really good sticky thread on egr delete with detailed pics and intstrucition. I think that was in the dodge cummins forum.

Thanks again fuzzy, I'll check out that forum. I'm glad to hear all of this can be eliminated. I test drove a 6.7 mega cab laramie yesterday and really liked it. I like my 06 duramax but it seems like a car compared to the Cummins. This will be the first Dodge I've ever owned and I don't think I'll be disappointed. The more I'm around them, the more I like them.:thanks:
