I still have the NOx Cat and DPF and I see max EGTs of 1020s post turbo. I don't have edge or anything that not in my sig. if you fill out your signature with more info about your truck you may get a better answer, just something to think about so others know what all your running.

It's nothing for these trucks to spike 1400 to 1500 degrees. But I set it around 1250 to 1300 if your probe is in the manifold. If your probe is post turbo, I'd take 2-300 degrees off that.

Depends on if you still have your EGR and DPF. But if you did all deletes don`t worryleave the alarm where it is(around 1350F I think) because you`ll never get upthere anyway. Before I did my deletes I had to programmed my EGT`s alarm way higher than that because I was getting around 1400F - 1450F while in regen and it gets highter than this for a fraction of a second if you EGR open`s while in regen....yes , I had rapids peaks of close to 1500F while in regen before I did my deletes. And if you want some numbers to motive yourself to go ahead on the deletes check this out....Now I get around 650F to 700F empty and around 900F to 1000F pulling 12 000lbs 5th wheel.

Oddly, since I did the EGR delete I do spike to the 1350 alarm. Before It wouldn't come close, I think 1200 was max.

I think kmk has broke a 1800 degree gauge. Maybe it was only 1600, but still.
