H&S programmer

So H&S is about to come out with a new tuner(like next week) that deletes the dpf and egr with a flash. Anyone else have one. I think the H&S tuner is called the XRT, and they say it is going to run about 1000. any thoughts or opinions?

I am in no way affiliated with them, just been waiting for a long time for something like this, but i am having a tough time deciding on if it worth a grand.

Please tell us why. At this time I do not think I know enough about the new [email protected] programmer to have an opinion good or bad regardless of the cost.

Correct me if I am wrong but I do not beleive the XRT tuner will delete the Regen and or the EGR files in the ECU. I think you still need to run the simulators which imo sucks.

Your not wrong, but I'm not real sure your right either. You do have to run the sims, but I'm not exactly sure what that means yet, but yea it's a good point.

If you know of a better programmer, please tell us. Have been waiting almost 2 years for a programmer that would make redundant all the wiring, connections, sensors and modules associated with the exhaust system.

Worth it!! Internet ungradable a 225hp tune! No one makes something close! You can run a aftermarket turbo with no codes! Turn off egr no check engine light! Turn off regen the sims are needed for other engine related functions that have nothing to do with the regen. you wont need the sims shortly. Its here and your boys didnt make it H.S. did stop hating.

My truck is running just fine as it is. I'll wait til BADP comes out with their code free EGR/DPF delete box. The only thing I don't like is sometimes I may be alittle behind and have to wait for codes to clear, otherwise clearing the codes doesn't bother me at all.

The truck still has soft codes in the ECM. They arnt bad but they do alter the performance of the truck. Having no codes with a programer would be the best bet.
