Track

Took my truck to the track this weekend. Ran a 14.97 sounds pretty good to me. What you guys think?

truck an auto or manual? and for them big ol tires you runnin, and not a whole lot done to truck, id say not too bad- def. room for improvement though!

Blue what was your trap speed? Did you boost launch or just punch it in 4x4? Cause im looking to do the same to mine some weekend

Whats the trap speed? and Boosted to like ten in 4 wheel. Ya i was happy ran the same as all the other trucks there besides a couple. But ran the same as a 5.9 with a turbo and smarty and fass. Its a auto.

What you mph was when you crossed the 1/4mi? How did the tranny do?

i dont no bout you guys but my truck has been like a freak of nature since i got it i only had minimal options on mine i have the same setup as big blue exept i have 35s and no mp8 and ran a 14.5 i was a lil disapointed cuz i realy wanted to go faster lol but i will in time but great run bro them big tires slow you down alot what gears you have in the rear?

Its a auto. He didnt say it was slippin i know the kid pretty good he didnt say anything about that. My friends duramax LBZ or LB7 whatever one has the fast motor only ran a 14.9 too with the edge race all the way up. I thought i did pretty good for stock turbo and no sticks or anything. Gears are the 3.71 or 3.73 forgot what they are.

O and my fastest was 90 and the tranny did just fine. Brand new better be fine.

Just curious if you set your edge to record the run, and see how they compared? I have never ran down the track, but when I ran the edge I recorded a 16 flat at 91 mph. I know that edge is probably not as accurate, so that's why I'm curious. That was just a flat out floor it run, no boost, no 4x4. Spun like a mofo, but I was impressed for a one ton dually. Oh, and I never had hot, or MP-8, just edge on level 5. I don't think your numbers are bad at all, but I would of thought they would of been a little better.

12 mega dually. garbage gone. mini with od.
