edge juice attitude

does anybody have the edge juice attitude on there trucks if so is it a good programmer and any problems with it looking into one just not sure also can you do the dpf delete witth these

They are sweet for what they offer i stacked mine to a power puck and quad boost fooler and it pulls really hard. If your looking for fule mileage i would look at a smarty or xrt cause they do get a little better when my truck was stock height except for leveling kit i could get 19-20 highway but now since she went up and bigger tires at 75mph i only get 14-16mpg

I agree with the 100%. they are a good programmer. for mileage the xrt or smarty would prolly do a little better but your also looking at gauges etc..when edge juice has the display. Bottom line I think all are a good setup anyway you go.

The edge is great due to the built in gauges and all of the safety fetaures plus a cool down timer.

You will get better mileage with either the XRT or a Smarty but I would plan on adding a full set of gauges as well.

If you are planning deletes get eh Race version of the Juice w/Attitude.

ok thanks but i have another question on the edge race does the edge delete the dpf or do i need something else also do i need to install an egt probe or does the 08 come with one for the computer stuff like the 6.4 powerstroke what kind of fuel mileage increases does the edge kit get i mainly want an edge for guages to go back to stock at any time

you need a dpf delete kit or some have gutted the dpf themselves to get the full potential out of these motors then you can add a programmer if you want it dont have to be an edge race it can be just bout any tuner, chip, programmer

The Edge Race comes with the DPF delete sims that plug in place of the sensors. You will need to do a delete pipe or a full TBE. You will have to either drill the manifold for the EGT sensor or if you are doing an EGR cooler delete you can drill and tap the cooloer delete plate. That won't be the most accurate spot though. The Race version clears the Egr and Dpf codes at startup by turning on the ignition and waiting about 5-6 seconds and then starting the truck.

A real nice feature is that it will read trans temps as well as rail pressure.
