Im running the XRT like Neel mentioned and love it!! the only reason i went wit it was due to the sale priice i got it for the Blackmaxx is a little rich for my blood i have a good friend who had the xrt first but now has the blackmaxx and says great things bout it he found out from the boys at [email protected] they detuned the blackmaxx a little to reduce smoke for some who didnt like the amount that the xrt puts out.

This may be unpopular for me to say but I do like the fact that H & S is looking at reducing the smoke out put. If the XRT was cleaner I would prolly take a harder look at it. This being the main reason Smarty is more appealing to me.

DISCLAIMER!
Not saying that smoke is all bad, or anything is wrong with H & S

if you had the choice...with power, reliability, and safety features...what would you go with? money not being the option.

The BlackMaxx is great as far as safety features go. Not only do you get full gauges(EGT,boost, rail pressure, trans temp), it also has automatic safety backdown based on: EGT, Boost, Trans Temp, and Coolant Temp.

It is also adjustable on the fly so you can pick more or less aggressive tunes at the touch of the screen.

They also have an additional egt probe available if you wish to monitor pre and post turbo EGT's.
