Turbo Time Need Answers...

Ok i know there are a few that have more sources than me. I want to do a single turbo on my 6.7 and was highly considering a 64mm Silver Series and i know i have to do a 3pc manifold apperantly but my question is will a garrett stage 3 off an 06 with an aftermarket manifold dont know if its a 3pc or not gotta find that out..will this work or not and any insight on this turbo would greatly appreciated the only reason im considering this is cause i can get the turbo and manifold for a good price. The turbo has around 10k on it. I need opinions on this i can save mtyself roughly $900 going the used route. Thanks guys

Before you pull your factory turbo you do reliaze that you will loose the exhaust brake right? Not sure if you knew that or not....look at the love fab twins kit.... good luck

Call Pac Brake....big turbo problem solved! You will have to adapt the eb but it I'm sure it can be done.

well im looking at the sliver series 64mm ands this used garrett stage 3....tom at turbo resource is going to be giving me a call back to give me some good info hopefully today on if this used turbo will match up i dont want it to be super laggy

Wouldn't you need sticks and a built CP3 for a 64mm not to be super laggy? or will sticks alone with a good L/P be enough?

I think i will be ok wit stock sticks and cp3...until i get my cp3 mod and sticks. The funny thing wit these 6.7s is they can handle alot more air than fuel compared to a 5.9 from what i have saw
