What do you think?

I have 33x12.5 Toyo MTs on Ultrawheel Titans, can't remember the offset or backspace, whatever it is. Anyway, when I turn they rub on my mudflaps. I have about a 3" lift block on the front, and a 2" on the rear. Looking at my truck from the side, the axle is definitely not centered in the wheel well. I found a guy that has just started making longer control arms to center the axle. Lengths depend on the amount lifted, but it was going to be something like 1/2", 1", 5" longer than stock. I think the 1" longer than stock would be good, then I could go up to 35s. Even if I do that and it rubs as much as it does now (not more) I could live with that. What are your thoughts? Do you think that is enough length over stock for what I want? Any other manufacturers out there that make a worthwhile product

Lenny,
Buck is building some neat looking control arms and I may start carrying them myself. In your case a 1/2 longer control arm will put your axle back to where is should be although you may need to push it further forward with the 1" arms if you are running a high offset wheel.

Another option would be the Pure Performance adjustable arms that will allow you to go from approx 1/2" over stock up to 1/5" over stock.
