If you are towing or hauling heavy loads go for the Dodge
Great engine and trans. Most people think the cabs are nicer on the chevy but personally I can take it or leave it.
I know when towing my 36' 5th wheel up mountain grades I seem to pass more dirty max's if they are towing similar loads then them passing me. (maybe my foot is heavier on the go pedal
then others). Don't forget the E Brake thats on the cummins.
I have 68,000 miles on my 07 now, only lost a w pump and no other problems.
FWIW thats my opinion
