hey guys need some help

I am deleteing the dpf and egr in the morning and just wanted to ask everyone how long this takes and how they got thier down pipe out?

any in put would be helpful......

Took me 4 hours by myself. Support the trans with a jack and swing the passenger side of the crossmember down for the downpipe. Otherwise it will have to be cut out. Do not think you can slide it out without dropping the cross member. I tried for 30 minutes of the 4 hours it took me. It will fool you into thinking it should come out some way, but it won't. Good luck. Oh and I would not reccomend cutting it out. You might need it again someday.

Ya Fuzzy i tried to get mine witout dropping cross memeber and it was a no go . Best advice just take your time and it will come out real smooth i have done 4 of these now and we have gotten pretty good

Wasnt that bad was it. Did you delete your egr cooler as well??

with the egr unplugged, when its cold, does your truck loope... i dont know how to spell it....

If you havent removed your egr butterfly valve and your running a edge it will have a surge to it..
