Been a while, need some advice...
Ok, yea so I haven't been on here in quite a while. School and work have been working me overtime for a few months now. Anyhow, the main thing I'm worried about right now is my truck.
Problems started occuring last week when I'd turn the truck on and let it do it's code clearing bit then as I'd go to crank it, there would be a loud ticking sound like something is shorting out almost. When this happens, sometimes it does nothing, sometimes it resets my oil change warning and that goes off as well as reseting my fuel milage reading to 15.0, and what happened today when I started up was it threw codes back at me AFTER they were cleared. P2262, and P0405.
I haven't done anything to my truck in over a year and a half so warranty is out on the Edge that I got anyhow. I believe it is the core cause of the problem right now. The only thing I can think of to be causing it is the fact that it is 25-35 degrees right now and that is what is what is making stuff not act properly. If any of you guys have had this issue and found a way around it let me know!
Also, wanted to catch up on a few things, just in case I were to get rid of the Juice what would be the best(Most reliable/cost efficient) way out of this situation? Got a long trip planned in about a month so I really don't wanna be stuck on the side of the road out of state in the middle of no where. The truck hasn't given me any problems what-so-ever until this passed week and I don't really have time to take it to any stealership to get it looked at. Figured I'd pick y'alls brains first and see what possible solutions would be.
