Egr Delete with Smarty Jr.

I have My Smarty Jr., EGR blocker plates and 5in exhaust. (everything is here except 5in TBE) My question is can I just unplug the throttle valve and cooler servo motor and put my blocker plate in the cross over tube. Mads EGR instructions I know I need to take the actuator spring out of the egr valve. but do I need the big plate for the intake horn or can I just bolt the egr valve motor back on, and hook the cross over tube back up? This is the only part that is a little fuzzy. That and how you unhook for sensor lines from the truck. any help would be great.

Wow ! Looked at those directions for mads are way different than the one i had. I left the servo assembly alone and plugged in. Had egr block off plate took off the egr valve assembly clear off added 2 plates. Pulled off the intake horn took the 2 screws out for the throttle valve plate pulled plate out put the horn back on and was good to go ! 2 of the intake horn bolts can be a pain also. Wounder why they just don't take the egr valve assembly off and use the blocker plates. Hope any of my ranting helps. I have 2 spare erg valve assembly blocker plates (free) if you want them let me no. I ain't doing anything to this for a while. There just sitting on my tool box. Read more into the directions now i see why the egr valve stays i loaded my smarty for no egr or dpf and got full power from it . GOOD LUCK !!!

Im leaving the motor for the egr valve hooked up but I will be tieing it up out of the way and will be putting the blocker pate I bought (already) on it. I think I have it figured out.

That's how mine is and what I would reccomend. Not sure if your talking about the pressure sensor lines or what, but I took mine off at the pressure sensor. The electrical to the pressure sensor stays hooked up. Unplug the throttle body valve on the back side. I also unplugged the servo on the cooler, but I don't think that really needs to be done.

12 mega dually. garbage gone. mini with od.

Yeah Im pretty much following the egr delete instructions I posted expect using a blocker plate on the intake horn and hanging the end on the motor as mads instructions say.

No 130 tune just a 40, 70, 100 hp.... gonna start at either 70 or 40 prolly 40 since I have some towing to do. IT GOES DOWN TOMORROW!
