T.P.M.S

Does anyone no if you can deactivate the T.P.M.S on the 2010 ram 2500 ?

2010 6.7 cummins 4x4 crew cab short bed 6 speed auto 4:10 gears stock for now. Draw tite brake controller

Tire pressure monitoring system it is a gov requirement now after 2008 i beleve it came into affectl

Step 1 go to tire shop...

Step 2 take sensors out of all tires.

Step 3 put all sensors in spare.

Step 4 not hear dingy thingy!

98 2500 4x4,12V,47RE Suncoast Billet input shaft, Suncoast H/D Extreme Trans kit, Goerend Triple disc converter, FASS 150/90, FASS Suction tube, Amsoil Ea air and pre-filter, 100 plate, 4K GSK, 370's, AFC Mods, CoolerTubz intake, straight piped 4" DP to 5" stacks, BD-SBS, Autometer Z-series Pyro/Boost/Trans/FP, Amsoil Bypass system and Amsoil fluids bumper to bumper.

My problem is when key the mic on c.b the low tire lght comes on makes the check engine light comes on and then dinger goes off and the light stays on . Light does go out after a while but comes back on as soon as I use the c.b .

That's cause the TPMS operates off a radio signal......your CB must be on the same wavelength. Maybe the TPMS can be changed to a different signal to stop the interference.
