New Truck Owner
Hi all,
Apologies if this is a duplicate, I thought I had posted already.
Just took delivery of a 2017 F250 - we needed something that could tow a bit more than our old GMC Yukon for my wife's farm.
So far, 2000 miles in, it has been to the dealership twice for check engine light stuff (related to glow plugs) and just had it flash some error about the stabilitrac service unavailable with some other messages (although my wife didn't catch them), but the dealership says this is nothing to worry about until it becomes a problem...
So a bit nervous. Hopefully all the kinks are worked out!
We tow about 14,000 once a month about 15 miles, then about 8000-10,000lbs twice a month about 60 miles (feed and substrate for the farm).
Other than the glitches, we love the new truck - although I am new to owning a diesel truck (we have a refrigerated mercedes sprinter for deliveries and a john deere tractor that also drink diesel though).
