New, New and New! 2003 E350 7.3L

Hi all, I’m not only a first time PS owner... I’m a first time Diesel owner and a first time Ford owner! And I couldn’t be more excited! I love vans, I’ve had a few. They were always different, 70’s Street Van style Dodge shorty and an even smaller Mini-Van Plymouth (249WHP Turbo 4 Banger!). The point is nothing I have ever owned wasn’t personalized and or tastefully different. I like my vehicles to stand out from the sea of “What everyone else is doing” even if it’s just going that extra mile to modify it the right way or just doing it better so that it doesn’t look like your neighbors vehicles. Now I have an actual need for a van and as usual I want it to be a standout and work as well as it looks.
I have been searching for a E350 7.3L PS ext 15 passenger van in anything but white with under 200k miles for months now. That’s a very hard vehicle to find! They just are not out there. If they are, they are a rotten mess with 385,000+ miles and they still bring $3-5k! I finally found a super clean Dk Blue example down south with under 200k miles. Never tuned and bone stock so I snatched it up! Well, I’m picking it up Saturday.

I chose this van for these reasons-
-Diesel
-1 Ton
- pit bikes and cargo in back still having seating for 8
-Towing capacity
-7.3L Boss.
-tons of potential!

So here’s the mods to come over the next year-
Firestone bags in back
2008 & up front clip
PHP Hydra Edge CTS2 w/EAS EGT probe
Shift kit and converter
Dual rear wheel conversion w/4.10 LSD
Unreal exhaust (can’t tell)
6.0 Intercooler (or bigger aftermarket)
6.0 trans cooler
Big SQ audio system
19.5 or 22.5 cut down semi wheels W/adapters
Custom front and rear bumpers
Tasteful amount of chrome (F Blackout!!!)

It’s staying low and 2wd for now, round 2 will be 4wd and sky high!

I’ll be posting in other areas as I need advice on semi wheels, dual axle conversion... well most of it!

Any advice or parts for sale that I will need PM me Please! Thanks for having me!
