3rd gen 1500 to 12v swap. Is it worth it?

I have an 03 3rd gen 1500 with a 4.7 mag. I want to really put a 12v in it but I don't know if I should any thoughts?

It depends on how you define "worth it".
Will you get your money/time back when you sell it? No.
Do you really love the truck and want a 12v in it? Then go for it.
Conversions/special projects/swaps/customization are never money makers. You do it because you want something special that no one else has or that you can't just go buy.
