My parents brought the 1957 Easter Egg down for Easter

This 1957 T-Bird has been mom's dream car in its dream color since she was a kid and it was purchased in 1995 on her contingency that it would be her daily driver! Dad finally caved in to that and it was daily driven for the better part of two years. We installed under the dash A/C, it has the orginal port hole hard top, Kelsey Hayes wire wheels (not on the car because they require tubes), continental kit (not on the car because it impedes use of the trunk) and it has a front disc brake conversion among many other things. This car will never leave the family.

While my brother and I helped when we could, dad has countless and I mean countless hours in this car including painting from the bare metal up. Everything has either been replaced or restored on this car and they don't think twice to drive it from Atlanta to Asheville, NC and dad plans on driving it to his parents in Bradenton, FL next. Crazy old Baby Boomers.
