Fender body work estimate?

I am thinking about removing the emblems on my truck. But the fenders have locating holes in them. Does anyone know how much it would cost to have the holes filled and painted? Also, does the tailgate badge have locating pins? The paint is red if that makes a cost difference.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for any and all help.

I posted this in General Ford, but I wasn't really getting the response I was looking for.

 I can't give you a quote but I wanted to say I like your idea of removing all emblems.

Thanks. My truck is a red cc/sb with tinted windows. I just think it would look so much "cleaner" with the emblems taken off. Plus no one else does it.

Im still undecied on whether or not to paint the door handles.

The only downside is the $$$ and also it hurts the sleeper look I am going for.

The only emblem you can't take off is the ford oval in the tailgate and the oval in the grille.

all the ford emblems on a ford have holes behind them except the powerstroke emblems on the doors not sure about them never had any off. but if you were to get the fenders and tailgate fixed and painted id say you would be getting near a 1000 bucks for it to be done right.

my best friend is a body guy. this weekend we are doing just that. taking off the emblems. thats gonna cost me $400 for the front clip. It helps to know someone. to do this you will have to fade paint and clear into the doors, if you stop at the fender it will look like 2 different colors.

400 is a good price. Red is one of the more expensive stock colors also.

Yea but the 400 was just for paint clear and a couple hrs of work. I pretty much did it all except for the painting and clearing. and welding the holes

if you want to get rid of the emblems there a 3 hole behind the it. 2 1/4 inch holes and the for some reason there is an 1 1/2 hole in the middle. little more welding than thought.
