Question getting rid of salt residue on truck

Hey all, glad the site is up again.
is there a chemical that I can spray on the under carriage to neutralize the road salt, seen something like that on modern marvels, it was about car washes, the city had it in there under body wash pits, it was added to the water and then sprayed onto the trucks.
My worry is I had to leave my truck in NY while I came home for the holidays and therefor couldn't wash the truck before I left, it was to cold out and would freeze. I hear it won't corrode untill the temps reach about 40*.

Thanks, BW

Eastwood makes a very good product. I don't use it currently, but when I worked for a contractor salting and plowing 3 years ago, he had an Eastwood product that was used to wash down the entire fleet of snow removal vehicles.
