I think I would start off with trying to sell the basics.
1. Wash / dry / wax and vacumm inside

Add on's:
Clay Bar
Wheel / tire
Interior shampooed
Etc., Etc.

The list could go on and on just like any large detail shop. They have every little option priced seperately but have a "package" price available also.

$25 for your basic due to your time and material involved.
$3 for wheel and tire shine

The true rate would be on how much do you want to make vs. the time involved, how much people are willing to spend in your area and whats the going rate of your competitors?

You may also want to think about going mobile and have specials like - Fathers Day packages, Mothers Day packages, etc. etc.

good luck and enjoy.
