Window Scratches

I got scratches on my windows mainly my side windows from when the PO sanded the truck and sort of looks like he hit it with the sander. Anything from Adams you recommend?

i dont know about adams but there are a few glass polishing compounds out there. they only work on pretty shallow scratches and you will need to use a high speed device like a buffer or high speed orbital or even a drill with a buffing attachment on it

Depending on how deep they are Swirl and Haze remover will help to clean water spots and make the windows clearer but I'm not positive whether it will remove that many scratches. I'm going to test this theory out on my older excursion and see what they got.

I have scratches in my glass too and have ben researching this also. Seems that the only kits that really work are only good on shallow scratches, and require a rotary buffer, not an orbital.

Adam's is in the process of developing something as we speak. I'm testing it right now. I'll post up my results when I finish.

They are about to release a headlight cleaning system that can adapt to your PC. Not released yet, or at least it is not on the website yet. This can also be used on your windows.

it will be interesting to see how effective it will be on Glass since you say it will be made for cleaning Headlights which are usually plastic. or glass with a plastic coating over it.
