Removing Bumper Dent

I just got a Free front factory bumper from a friend which has a small dent in it. Any tips or tricks of how to get the dent out?

I hate bondo, Its a rather small dent but its enough to make me grit my teeth from looking at it all day long. Ive never removed a dent like this so not sure what to do. dont want to cover it up with anything like bondo.

Thats what i started doing to it, but I was worried about denting it from the inside out. That would suck giving it little bumps inside the dent.

Get a body dolly or spoon depending upon the size of the dent. That will keep you from making a nipple on your bumper.

The dolly is slightly curved and you use it to absorb the force and help form the right contour. The spoon is similar but can be longer and narrow. I saw the pics of the bumper. Corner dings are a pain to hammer out. You will have to use some body filler to get it smooth. That's just how it works. A little plastic won't hurt.

You can get them at auto paint shops and some O'Rielly stores. Amazon and of course eBay. This might help....

No problem Colton. Oddly enough I just had to get a new set since I have to fix a small crease in my hood from some POS F-150. I was looking for the tools earlier since I sold mine after the last body work I did.

I want to see how the Herculiner works for you.
