Cleaning Diamond Plating

I have a diamond plate toolbox thats kind of dull and dirty, what can I use to shine it up? I also just picked up some diamond plate bed rails and would like to do the same.

I believe I read at one time you could use vinegar. The problem with aluminum is it will continuously oxidize.

I start with Simple Green and then you just have to polish the thing.

Too much danged work, so I got one that goes under the bed rail and stuck a tonneau cover over it
