Cab Floor Pans

I am about to tackle replacing my driver side cab floor. I bought the repair panel at Auto Body panels, Would have bought from Tabco(Made right here in Ohio) but opted for the made in Taiwan only cause Tabco didn't have the floor panel and would take them a little over a month to make it. I really didn't want to wait that long I will try to make due with this one( Gonna buy heavier hammer!!!) Well anyways does anyone have tipe and hints on replacing this?

BTW where can I buy a new cab mount?

i put a floor pan in my old 93 150 but i just used sheet metal and it didnt look factor at all. so only real advise i can give you is be careful cutting the old pan out, i almost cut my fuel lines, they ran close to the bottom of the cab an cover your dash with a non flamable sheet, like a welding blanket. let us know how it goes and any tricks you learned doing it. my 250 needs new floor pans too.

Well I just got all done, I do not recommend using Taiwan made pans, Glad I had some spare sheet metal laying around. I had to do modifications to my go pedal to accommodate the floor pan not being as deep as the original. Id say stick to American Made anything.
