Instrument Cluster/Simulated Wood grain panel cleaning

How to clean the Instrument Panel and simulated wood grain dash inserts without scratching the hell out of them? I tried gently cleaning with microfiber but makes scratches so I stopped.

Also is there a way to repair these scratches?

Thanks.

Regular polish will help to cover them. Adams makes a Clear polish that is meant for clear plastics. You might give that a try. That is what I use on my instrument cluster.

Here is a link. http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-360-a...ar-polish.aspx
