That is pretty fast. I have heard of using molasses as well (3- m :1-h2o) but it has to soak longer but it smells better.

I've used vinegar before, works great, just as well as most products for removing rust.

thats cool now I just want to know what the drive shaft went to it looks about the same length as the one a buddy of mine had for his festiva with a small block ford in it

2004 ford F350 6.0L 6 speed manual,SCT live wire,south bend double disk clutch,short throw shifter fx4. Costome exhaust 4 inch turbo back to 5" homade stacks, banjo bolt mod, shimed regulator,custom leveling kit (not blocks) and air lift air bags with onbord air suply TRADED FOR

2006 ford F 250 Amarillo 4" turbo back other than that stock for now

I've got the same question as his last one, now how am I going to do the frame??? I've been meaning to clean the frame on my dads truck and then paint it, but am not sure how to get the old rust off?

I'll remember that for smaller parts though!

For a frame you just clean it well with a wire brush or sandblast and use a rust encapsulator like POR-15.
