Best Combo

One of my family members has a 2006 f350 4dr long bed dually 4x4 and is wanting to know what is the best combo to run for fuel milage. Which exhaust program and Intake would y'all recommend??

So many threads covering all you need to know so just search it.
Bottom line is that the yes,the stock intake and filter are the best along with a SCT tuner with tunes written by a few well established tuners.
Search and you shall receive lots of great info.
Tell your friend to add a $100 dollar coolant filter no matter what for longevity.

04 6 Leaker, Oilguard+Coolant guard, BD X-monitor, SCMT 1704, banks monster exhaust & DP, Bilsteins & Hawk Brakes, Fuel Xover line. Airbags in the back, Pitbull in the front!

stock or AFE intake (little improvement even noticeable)
magnaflow for exhaust IMO
SCT with custom tunes from any company of your choice.
this is the extent of your options for fuel mileage increases other than propane and thats a bad idea

Gauges gauges gauges, i wouldnt recommend a tune if you cant monitor eot, ect, and egt to name a few

I find if you are not towing,use a high HP tune, light on the right foot, gives the best MPG.

Well just put in a sct tuner from river city diesel with custom tuning and did a afe intake and 4 inch magnaflo exhaust. Havent check milage yet but the truck is un real on the race tune. But what I can't believe is that it wynds up to 4000 RPMs before shifting at WOT. Just wondering what your opinions are on this thanks again.
