I run the Stage 2 Snow W/M kit. Only has 2 injectors, where the stage 3 has 3 injectors. The stage 3 controller also has more user adjustments than the stage 2 controller.
I don't see any MPG gain with the stage 2. The stage 3 with its third injector comes on at 2 psi of boost and for the small injector, this is where you might gain MPG.
Seat of the pants power can be felt, even with just washer fluid. I mainly use W/M to keep EGT down when towing or running WOT.
