X Calibrator1 help

Ok I got one of those crazy ideas in my head like usual and decided to look at my tunes on the computer , don't really know what I was thinking. Anyways long story short I download the program from SCT and hook up to the computer, and read files and all it would do was show there names. Now this is where the stupid part is for some reason I kept trying different buttons and walla my yellow light showing which setting is unlit and the computer won't show any programs on my SCT saying something about can't read. I tried putting it in my truck with no luck, at least I reset the truck back to stock before shooting myself in the foot.

So did I delete the files somehow, as no buttons pressed said delete or is there a way to get my tunes back off the computer or the SCT to light back up and work ie reset button?
