lope idle on a 6.0

can you tune a 6.0 to have lope at idle?

Our first race program used to make the truck lope. We figured out how to make just as much power and stop the loping.

Hummmmmm.......Let's see on the 7.3 Jody has to change 3 different tables to get it to lope like like a big cam. No problem in the 7.3. In a 6.0 well if you can some how wire in to the upfitter switch he might be able to get away with only changing one table to make it lope. How much of a lope would have to be tested. I know I would not want my truck to do that all the time. Driveability would be an issue.

Maybe they should make a more radical cam. Gas engines have all sorts of cams but Diesels have very few. I don't know why it wouldn't help get some more power.
