Question Need some help from the "Ford Boys"

My brother in law has an 06' 6.0 with a few mods:

AFE Intake, 4" straight exhaust (Muffler delete, sounds like a freakkin Jet Engine), and the good ol' SCT box.

He wants more, Here is the game plan we came up with to make as much HP as possible:

First, A Suncoast "Built" Tranny & TQ converter (works for the Dodges)
Secondly, A head-stud kit (Give me some Options)
Third, Methanol Injection (To get his freakin EGT's down before he melts something)
And Finally, Turbo Upgrade- We've been checkin out the Aurora 2000 upgrade from ATS but I'm not a big fan of their products, Whats up with the new BD kit coming out?

Are we going in the right direction?? He wants it built "Right" and doesn't care what it cost. What kind of RWHP #'s are we lookin at?

I'm going to spank his as$ anyway when I put my Twins on..

Nope leave the trans a alone till you break it. Add headstuds and some injectors and nitrous. wait on the turbo for a few weeks cause there will be some better options in the spring. When the trans fails the suncoast is a good option. Let us know if we can help you with anything

Ijectors and turbo charger, with a set of hypermax gaskets and studs. Should put him over the 500rwhp pretty easy.

Suncoast will work good.
We sell ARP studs and they work great. Their are harder ones like from ATS and maybe Elite.
Be very careful with Meth. We don't recommend it.
For fans you could look at BDP, Elite, or Turbonetics.

Thanks guys..

The thing is, He doesnt want to wait till it breaks, He wants it done right so he doesn't have to worry about it.

So he should wait for the Turbo Upgrade... hmmm. but that's what he wants to do first and I told him to upgrade the the Tranny and then slap a Turbo on.
Whats up with the new kit from BD??

Is the Aurora from ATS worth it? If he goes with ATS, Whats the difference between the 2000 & 3000?

Headstuds-ARP or Hypermax, Which is better?

Thanks for the help Robert.. I should have waited till my truck was done first, stomped him a couple of times, and then, After he was battered and bruised, sent him your way.... Now you got him chasing the magic *600*

Thank God he doesnt have to do the Head-studs, That sounds like a mutherf-er

BTW- He's hiding this from my sister, giving me cash and I'm going to buy everything for him with my Visa....
