Do not use 4hi...use 4low. I've always used 4low and started in 2nd gear, then when it tached out i shifted to 3rd. I've heard alot of guys just leaving it in D(drive) and just let the tranny shift on it's own. But definitly use 4low. There's a local hometown pull in my area this sunday and am debating on pulling or not. Haven't decided, but it's been a couple years since i last pulled.
