Xcal3 help needed

I've been running the Aggressive Street Economy tune from Spartan for a while now and like it pretty well. Last week I needed to tow the camper out to the lake so I loaded up my tow tune from Elite, worked fine. I thought this would be a good time to see if the Spartan tow tunes work as good as the street tune, so I loaded a couple into the Xcal to try when pulling the camper home a couple days later. I tried loading the new tune into the truck but came up with an error, can't read file. So I tried to return it to stock, it says file not loaded or unable to read. I'm 95% sure I returned it to stock before I uploaded the new tunes to the Xcal, but it was late at night and I'm not 100% sure. I've tried uploading new tunes to the Xcal with the same results. Where do I go from here? The truck feels odd, not back to stock, but not a good tune either. What have I done??

SCT XCAL3 from Elite Diesel, AEM Brute Force Dry Flow, semi-Zoodad, Steveracer mod, CCV reroute, RCD EGR delete, Autometer Ultralites on the A-pillar
MBRP Turbo-back.
Can you keep up?!?!
Well punk, can ya??

Give us a Call when you are at a computer with Internet Connection and what we can do is Remote Connect and see what is going on with the unit.

Matt, everything seems to be just fine now. Thanks a lot for you help today. I have a pretty long trip planned next week pulling the camper, and I was really sweating it with the truck running the way it was. All seems good now, so thanks again.

No I am not able to do that be remote connection. The only way to get the changes put back on the device or to get the device unlocked is we need to set up a RA by a SCT tech for that device to come in and get taken care of in house. To get the device unlocked is $150.00 and to put the Five changes back on the unit is $65.00.
