SCT SF3 Problem...won't power up in truck

I just updated the tune revision for my VXCF7 Strategy on the PC and everything went fine. Went to connect it in the truck and it won't even light up. Came back inside and plugged it to the PC and everything seems fine. I only updated the tunes and not the firmware. So I update the firmware now and same thing happens. Under device info when connected to the PC it shows the latest firmware and later tune revision. Any ideas? It worked when plugged into the truck after I got it out of service almost 2 months ago. Truck was stock at the time. When out of service I tried to program truck and I got an error message stating error VXCF7. SCT said they'd call me when the revised the tunes which they did. Now this happens. Any ideas? SCT Support is closed today, just hoping Matt would read this or someone else that could help. Thanks

check the obII/cigar lighter fuse.. #12 20amp under dash. or just plug it into another vehical that has obII.. 1996+ see if it powers up. if it does, its a problem with your obdII port..

I don't even have to go and look. The cigarette lighter has been out since my charger snapped off in it a few weeks ago. Thanks

Yeah it was blown. All tuned now. Canned tunes of course. Been wanting to get a custom tune but I have never even put my gauges in. Been sitting in a box for 3 years . I wanted to try out one of the spartan tunes but the strategy is different. Guess it wouldn't be a good idea would it?
