UH OH!!!

I'm not sure but I need some advice here. I was working on the truck and I unhooked the battery and the FICM without putting it back to stock!! Am I ok?

you should be fine. i disconnected my battery and changed my ficm with my tune in.

Yes, the file cannot get erased from just killing power to it. its no different then the truck being 100% stock.


ARP studs, sct, Leveling kit,Airdog set at 62psi with no factory pump, leveling kit,5" stacks, under cab lights, Large in the way Fan shroud Removed, bed Lights being Re-did. Large Alternator(250amps)(130 amps was so 2003). On 3rd set of Hgs(soon to be 4th), 2nd set of heads, 2nd tubro, egr cooler, FICM and more. When i Turn the Key it does return a Favor, not always in MY Favor.

Yup, your fine, its funny alot of people think they automatically erase their tune as soon as they disconnect their battery. its not the case lol

Yeah you're fine. When i store my truck for the winter i leave the race tune in it and unhook both batteries and all is good. No need to turn back to stock.
