04 ficm on 05 truck??

Found 04 ficm for sale cheap and if a person was planning to send it in to be reprogrammed by one of the vendors on here. Would it work on a 05 or does the ficm need to be from a 05 even to be reprogramm?
Thanks Paul

an '04 tuned ficm will work on your '05. I just put an '03 tuned FICM from ID on my buddy's '05. It don't matter what year truck the FICM came off of cause it's only gonna get recalibrated.
