Roughly 30psi is what I see with all my tunes.. I think yours sounds a little low.. I'd be looking for a leak someplace though before I blamed the tune.. When I had a split in the IC boot from the turbo to the hot side tube, 20psi was all I could get....

most i see at wot is 30psi least i see is 20psi. really depends on the rpms, what gear the tranny is in, load and converter being locked or unlockd.

Def check this boot, its on inner side thats hard to see that it cracks. My full throttle is 26psi, and throttle built boost is 33psi

you get these pressures at WOT, if so not to sound dumb but how, mine only gets this if on highway and it doesnt drop gear but builds 33 psi an takes off with what feels like boost only. if that makes any since

^ yeah that is usually when the torque converter is locked and the engine is lugging a little bit but not downshifting because it's got the power and boost in the tune. pretty common. to the OP your boost sounds low like pretty much everyone already said.

when cruising at hy-way speed, if you want the tranny to down shift, let off the gas pedal and tap the break pedal, then back on throttle and it should down shift for you.

i could get 30-32 WOT in any gear. from a dig it would get 30+ for sure. with the TC locked on the freeway it would do 32-34. i have a video of it somewhere. let me go find it.

here's just rolling into it.

65mph rolled into it, let off, then rolled back into it to WOT up to 100mph.

note, both videos are of the truck running crappy. first video with several problems, FICM, injectors, etc... second video had a really weak HFCM.
